Exceeding customer expectations
Like any successful organisation, PSU places great emphasis on maintaining good relationships with it’s customers. In order to maintain these high levels of quality service we have developed and implemented a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software package and Business Management software package to run at the heart of our business.
What is CRM?
Customer relationship management (CRM) is a broad term that covers concepts used by companies to manage their relationships with customers, including the capture, storage and analysis of customer information.
Managing expectations with Teleios
The package has been architected in-house by our software development team and following a staff competition has been dubbed ‘Teleios CRM’. Teleios provides support to "front office" business processes, including sales, marketing and service. Each interaction with a customer is generally added to a customer's contact history, and staff can retrieve information on customers from the database as necessary. One of the main benefits of this contact history is that customers can interact with different people or different contact “channels” in a company over time without having to repeat the history of their interaction each time.
A holistic approach to Business Management
Teleios CRM is not just a technology, but rather a holistic approach to PSU’s philosophy on how it should inetract with its customers. This includes policies and processes, front-of-house customer service, employee training, marketing, systems and information management.
