Telesales Executives (2)
PSU are seeking Office Based Telesales Executives, working from our Cheltenham office.
The success of the existing sales team has driven the need to employ additional telesales executives to contact prospective customers and make appointments for the field based sales team. Working with a mixture of ‘hot’ leads, and cold calling, the successful candidates will be required to contact prospective customers, identifying what equipment / maintainers they are currently using for their IT and Telecoms, identifying and qualifying opportunities and booking appointments.
The successful candidates need a good degree of computer literacy in order to manage their own prospect bank utilising our own bespoke Contact Management system to keep the prospects records up to date, schedule call backs and set appointments for the Sales Team. Currently the average customer size is £10 million in turnover. Existing customers include NHS Trusts, British Energy and Ringway Services therefore an individual who is comfortable at dealing with clients at all levels and managing the process through to appointment is paramount.
The exceptional candidates will need to demonstrate a proven track record of over target performance in cold calling / telesales environment. Training is available for the right candidate in telecoms and IT solutions.
