An Ethos of Good Service
When PSU was formed in 1986 it's core business was the maintenance, support and repair of PC's, servers, printers and IT networks for large organisations across the UK. Throughout the 80's and 90's the company lived and breathed the ethos of good service.

Quality Assured
When British Standards launched it's BS5750 standard for service, PSU adopted it from the outset and gained accreditation in 1994 making it one of the first companies in the industry to adopt this exacting standard.

Broad Scope of Expertise
Throughout  the late 90's the directors could see that the voice and data industries were converging and the companies that were going to survive in this soon to be merged market were the one's who could deliver on their promises of good service and support. The directors brought in the people who had the skills in telephony and then embarked on a process of cross-training all the customer facing staff in both disciplines.

Today
Today, PSU is focused on advising, implementing and supporting cost effective telephony, IT and networking solutions to allow it's customers to operate at maximum potential for the lowest possible cost. Over the last 20 years we have built up a client list containing many of the top 500 UK performers.

Accreditations and Training
As a service company, we value regular training and certification/accreditation as an essential part of our ongoing business. We keep up to date records on all our engineers and certificates are available to view upon request at our Cheltenham Headquarters.
