Our latest winner in the PSU quarterly prize draw is Clare Day from Romans Surveyors & Valuers in Southampton, who was delighted to be presented with an iPad 2.
As with all our customers, Clare was automatically entered into the prize draw when she completed an online satisfaction survey about the service she had received following a call closure.
PSU has supported Romans’ telephony for more than ten years and, as Client Services Manager, Clare completed her survey in response to the service she’d received from one of our telephone engineers.

“I particularly wanted to say a few words about Derek. His service is just brilliant and he calls back when he says he will. I filled in the survey and didn’t think anything more of it until I got a call and an email.”
Clare joked that she has never won anything before in her life; “except for a small china statue at bingo when I was eight”, so her win has been a long time coming.
She said that now they’re the envy of their ‘techie’ neighbours and her husband, who is a keen photographer, is looking forward to live streaming his photos from the family’s Mac to the new iPad.
Every PSU customer who completes the online Call Closure satisfaction survey (right), which they receive when their query has been resolved, will be automatically entered into a monthly draw to win a prize of their choice. The selection includes prizes such as £50 in High Street Vouchers or a Spa Treat. All monthly entries will then be entered into the quarterly draw to win a grand prize such as the iPad 2.
