Meridian Business Support's Gemma Gill is celebrating as the lucky winner of an iPad in PSU's quarterly feedback prize draw.
Gemma, who works at Meridian's Telford branch, was automatically entered into the prize draw by completing an online satisfaction survey about the service she had received following a call closure. The 26-year old recruitment consultant didn't quite believe the news when she first heard.
She said; "I thought it was one of the team playing a joke on me at first, and then I got the phone call and thought – YES!"

Gemma explained that her win came as a welcome surprise on what would have otherwise been a bad day, as she'd narrowly missed out on a place in the audience at the X-Factor auditions in Birmingham.
"We were too late for the auditions, but I didn't mind because I knew I'd won the iPad. Thank you very much PSU!"
Every PSU customer who completes the online Call Closure satisfaction survey (right) that they receive when their query has been resolved will be automatically entered into a monthly draw to win a prize of their choice. The selection includes prizes such as £50 in High Street Vouchers or a Spa Treat for Two. All monthly entries will then be entered into the quarterly draw to win a grand prize such as the iPad.
