Wayne Baron from Oriel Group is our latest winner in the PSU Technology Group Quarterly Customer Satisfaction Survey Prize Draw and is now the proud owner of a brand new iPad 2.
IT Manager, Wayne, was automatically entered into the prize draw when he completed PSU’s online Customer Satisfaction Survey about his most recent experience of our service.
PSU has been supporting Oriel’s telephone systems for more than four years and Wayne has been one of the main touch points for our service for much of that time.

He said; “The Service Desk is very good and in particular, your engineer Peter is top rate. He really knows his subject matter and he’s helpful. That’s given me a lot of confidence about our telephony as I know I can rely on PSU to sort any problems out.”
Wayne’s prize draw win came as a nice surprise during what had been a difficult week due to family illness.
“I had been thinking of buying an iPad so winning one came as a bit of a shock and it’s certainly put a smile on my face.”
Every PSU customer who completes the online Customer Satisfaction Survey (above right), which they receive when their query has been resolved, will be automatically entered into a monthly draw to win a prize of their choice. The selection includes prizes such as £50 in High Street Vouchers or a Spa Treat. All monthly entries will then be entered into the quarterly draw to win a grand prize such as the iPad 2.
