PSU Technology Group (PSU) is flying the flag for service excellence in the IT & Telecoms industry with its recent accreditation successes.
As part of the Group's ongoing focus on customer service, over the last year, five members of the PSU team have attended and passed more than a dozen ITIL V3 Foundation and Intermediate courses.
Nigel Davies, Technical Director, who is currently working towards attaining ITIL Expert accreditation later this year, explained that the business is building upon its existing reputation for service quality by adopting the ITIL and PRINCE2 standards across all its business operations.
He said: “Customer service is at the heart of everything we do and with this in mind, we’re creating a slicker, robust service operation ,which stands up to the test and sets the benchmark for the industry as a whole".
“ITIL framed Service Management has been practised successfully around the world for 20 years. We are now taking that wealth of experience and allowing it to be brought together to reflect all aspects of our business”.
