We’re delighted to welcome new Director, Daniel Bridges, who now leads our Service & Operations function. Daniel adds further strength to the quality and expertise we deliver for our customers.
PSU’s MD, Michael Lounton, is thrilled with Daniel’s appointment:
With his energy and passion for service delivery, Daniel is a natural fit to lead our Service Desk, engineering, monitoring and project teams. Thriving on his ability to implement change & improvements from the simple to the complex, Daniel’s tenacity will be pivotal in strategically shaping the service side of our business.
Daniel brings with him an extensive & varied background working with corporates, SMEs & start-ups. He’ll be putting his experience to work driving our programme of continuous improvement, deepening our understanding of customer needs across different industries and employing his vast experience with best practice frameworks (including ITIL, the principal standard for IT Service Management professionals).
Daniel joins PSU, from his previous role as CEO with software specialist BridgeWorx, having been wowed with the depth of our customer focused culture:
