Our quarterley newsletter goes out to over 6,000 client e mail addresses and receives a significant click through rate each time it comes out. We always try to keep the sales/service articles balanced with articles of an informative or amusing nature. We recognise however that although we're very good at technology services we lack the experience in other fields that would also be of interest to our readership.
Editor seeks regular articles
Two very popular regular articles are the health and safety / employment law articles which are written for us by Citation plc (one of our customers), this issue covering a February 2009 update on Employment Law. The second is the sales mentoring pieces written for us by Ken Trim. As we said in the introduction to his article on 'Sales for non-sales people' in this issue, Ken is an independent trainer / motivator who is so good at his job that we contract him in regularly to work with our sales and customer service teams. I'd like to think that the inclusion of his articles has lead to some enquiries from our customers for his services.

If you've something of interest to report on then we'd like to hear from you. We're looking for subjects that will be of interest to our readership. Whether you have useful industry updates, hints and tips, opinion pieces, survey results or just want to pass on useful guidance that would be of benefit to our clients.
