We’ve launched our dedicated, new cloud platform Reliance, which dramatically increases the performance, value and range of hosting options we can offer. With much higher levels of agility, scalability, risk mitigation and security, it provides the solid foundation needed for our customers’ growth.
With complete control, we can now support a much wider mix of business technologies, applications & services and offer even stronger security assurances. And with freedom to work independently across our platform, we can respond even faster to our clients’ requests. The enhanced flexibility and exceptional performance allows our customers to get new accounts, applications and services up and running much quicker.
One company whose systems we've already migrated to Reliance is Meridian Business Support, giving them an IT infrastructure that is even better aligned to help them grow. The new hosting environment also provides the future proofing they need to install the latest technological advancements and keep ahead of their competitors. This is essential in a fast paced industry like recruitment.
PSU’s Professional Services Director, Rob Deacon, is really excited about the opportunity Reliance offers to transform our customers’ businesses:

In today’s highly competitive markets with razor-thin margins, it is more important than ever to have agile processes and systems that are perfectly aligned with the needs of your business. Our new cloud environment provides this. It allows our customers, like Meridian to service the needs of their customers faster than ever before, giving them a real competitive edge.
For Meridian, our project management team’s expertise was crucial to the success of the cloud migration. Meridian is a national recruitment business, which can provide short notice temporary workers outside of normal working hours, so 24/7 access to their IT systems was critical. By staggering the migration of their servers, we kept Meridian working. We were even able to accommodate a large increase in the project scope during its latter stages and keep to the original schedule.
